Chocolate Dipped Cherries Recipe

Ingredients:
1 jar (16 oz. size) maraschino cherries, well drained on paper towel
1/2 pound cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 pound powdered sugar
Directions:
Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese. Place in refrigerator till cool. Wrap around cherries. Refrigerate overnight.
Next day, melt chocolate appropriate for dipping. Dip cheese wrapped cherries in chocolate. Cool on wax paper
