Petal Pancakes Recipe

Using a clean, squeezable bottle, fill pancake batter into bottle.

Heat a pan on medium-high until water droplets sizzle and evaporate.

Using the bottle, outline 5 egg sized petals on pan, then squeeze in batter to fill. (You may have room for only 2 or 3 at a time.) Once petals brown, flip them over and brown the other side.

Arrange petals on a plate. Drop a dollop of whipped cream in the center, then tip with jelly or jam.
