Corn Bread Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
2 large apples, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 package (8-ounce size) corn bread stuffing mix
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Crumble sausage into three-quart microwave safe casserole; stir in onions and celery. Cover with lid; microwave on high 5 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking to separate meat.
Stir in butter, apples and broth. Cover; microwave on high 5 minutes or until apples are tender and broth is boiling, stirring once during cooking.
Stir in stuffing mix, pecans and parsley. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
